RJS Prelims Exam Paper Analysis

The prelims paper for previous RJS Examination analysis was conducted in 2021. Here, we have provided a detailed review of the previous RJS exam prelims paper.

The overall difficulty level of the exam was easy to moderate. Based on the paper analysis, the expected Rajasthan Judiciary Cut Off will be high.

• There was only one question on case laws, and most were based on definitions.
• The questions related to significant laws such as CrPC and the Indian Evidence Act were easy compared to those based on the Indian Penal Code.

• The paper is predicted to be easy even for students studying bare acts.
• Also, there were questions on legal maxims, static to interpretation, and 90% of the inquiries related to local laws were durable.
• There were a few random questions on the limitation act. However, the questions were easy to answer.

• Analyzing the language paper, English was easy, and Hindi was comparatively difficult.

RJS Exam Mains Paper analysis

The Previous Mains paper for RJS Civil Judge 2021 cycle was conducted on 30th April 2022 (Saturday) & 1st May 2022 (Sunday).
