Bihar Judiciary Reservation Criteria

As per the eligibility criteria for Bihar Judiciary, the vacancies are filled based on the reservation criteria. According to India's reservation norms, the reservation criteria for various categories are tabulated below:

Based on caste, the benefit of reservation will be given only to those who have permanent residence in Bihar, i.e. those who are natives of Bihar.

Conclusion:

Here are a few pointers that you should keep in mind.

• Only the permanent address in the application will be used for reservation purposes. 
• It will be mandatory for SC and ST categories to submit the Caste Certificate and Permanent residence / Domicile certificate.
• If you belong to the backward caste or most backward caste categories, submitting your Caste certificate, Domicile certificate, and Non-creamy layer certificate is mandatory.
• Reservation will not be applicable if all the certificates related to the above reservation are not presented initially during the interview.
• If you are applying under disability criteria, it is required to attach a copy of the Disability Certificate issued in the prescribed form by the competent authority. Otherwise, the benefit of reservation is not applicable based on disability.
• The reservation category cannot be modified/changed during the ongoing process of appointment.
