Tie-Breaking Procedure for AILET 2025 Exam Pattern

As the AILET Exam Pattern has been changed, there are some modifications in the tie-breaking procedure.

As per the new tie-breaker, if you and other aspirants scored the same marks in the All India Law Entrance Test, the following procedure would be considered while preparing the final merit list.

• Higher marks in the logical reasoning section.
• If the merit is still the same, aspirants of higher age will be given priority.
• If there is no merit change, authorities shall consider computerized lot draws.

AILET LLM Exam Pattern 2025

According to the modified AILET LLM Exam Pattern, the question paper will have two sections: Section A comprises 100 multiple-choice questions, and Section B will have two descriptive questions.
