NMAT Exam Highlights

• NMAT by GMAC^TM is a computer adaptive test that evaluates a candidate's ability based on their responses to tailored questions.
• The test can be attempted up to three times during a 70-day window, with the next attempt scheduled after the first.
• Candidates can take the test at a test centre or online from home.
• Test centres are available in over 70 cities in India, and unofficial scores are provided immediately.
• All three exam sections carry equal weightage, and there is no negative marking for wrong answers.
• GMAC designs the exam syllabus and remains the same as the previous year, with 108 questions across three sections.

NMAT Registration Fees Process

• Click 'Register for NMAT by GMAC™' on mba.com/nmat and create an account using a valid email address.
• Fill out the remaining details under 'Manage NMAT Profile.'
• Verify your account by following the instructions provided in the email you have received.
• You can access the Candidate Dashboard by clicking the "NMAT by GMAC™ "Dashboard" button on the mba.com/nmat page.
• Fill out the application on the Candidate Dashboard and ensure that your name and date of birth match the information on your Photo ID. 
• In the School Preferences section, you can select up to 5 programs to receive your scores. If you need to send your scores to additional programs, then extra fees will be charged.
• Upload a photograph that resembles you and your Photo ID on the admit card.
• Submit payment for the NMAT exam fees.

NMAT Exam fees – Scheduling Process

• Register and pay for your exam from your Candidate Dashboard.
• Schedule your exam appointment at least 24 hours in advance.
• You can choose between taking the exam at a test centre or online proctored at home.
• Note that you've booked your appointment; you cannot switch between these two options for that appointment.
• If you want to take the exam at a test centre in India, click on the Book Exam button and choose your country, city, test centre, and the date and time you want.
• If you want to take the exam online, proctored, at home in India, or anywhere else, click the Book Exam button and fill out the My Profile section before scheduling your exam appointment.

NMAT Retake Fees Process

• You can take the NMAT by GMAC™ exam three times during the year's testing cycle, including the first attempt and a maximum of two retake attempts.
• To register for a retake, click the Retake section in your dashboard, select the exam mode, and pay the NMAT retake fees.
• You can schedule a retake after completing a planned attempt and 15 days from the previous effort.
• If you were a no-show, did not agree to the non-disclosure agreement, or your exam was marked as incomplete, you can schedule a retake attempt immediately for any slot after 24 hours.
• The process for scheduling a retake attempt at a test centre and online is the same as planning the first attempt.

NMAT Exam Fees – Fees Refund Process of NMIMS in Case of Withdrawal/Cancellation of Admission

You can choose to cancel or withdraw your admission voluntarily for any reason. The process for online admission cancellation is on the NMIMS website at https://upload.nmims.edu/admission/cancellation/.

If you decide to withdraw from the program you're enrolled in, the school follows a five-tier system for refunding your NMAT MBA  fees.
