• After successful registration for counselling, log in to your account.
• Select the college and branch of your choice and then lock it.
• You should ve very careful while choosing the colleges and breaches because the choice, once it gets locked, cannot be changed.
• Make sure to lock your choices before the deadline.

Step 3: Seat Allocation and Document Verification

• Seat allocation will be done on the basis of your rank & NATA Cut-off, vacancies, and the choice given by you.
• You need to pay the requisite fee to confirm your seat.
• Officials will check all your documents and issue a provisional admission letter after completing the NATA Counselling process.

Step 4: Report to the Allotted Institute

• You have to report to the allotted college with all the necessary documents.
• If you fail to report to the college, your seat will get cancelled.

NATA Counselling 2025 Key Points

The Council of Architecture (COA) doesn't conduct NATA Counselling. It is only responsible for conducting the NATA qualification exam for admission to the B. Arch course.

• Each participating institute of NATA conducts separate counselling sessions.
• To be eligible to participate in the NATA counselling procedure, you must satisfy the NATA Eligibility Criteria of each participating institute.
• Institutes can decide their own counselling norms and the mode and process may vary from one institute to another.
• Apart from the eligibility set by NATA, each institute is free to set its own criteria for admission into Architecture courses.
• Based on NATA scores, there are 477 institutes that offer admission to their B.Arch courses.
