You must keep the following documents with them before applying for the Himachal Pradesh judiciary examination for the Civil Judge post.

If there is any mismatch between the real and enrolled data, you must report it to the authorities immediately. If there is any discrepancy in your information, the authorities might automatically cancel your applications.

To fill out the HPPSC Judicial Service Application Form, you must submit the following documents:

• Caste Certificate - SC / ST / OBC - NCL / MBC - NCL of Himachal Pradesh: the caste certificate of the OBC - NCL / MBC - NCL must not be issued earlier than 6 months from the last date of submission of the online application form.
• If the candidate is a widow: they need the death certificate of their husband.
• If the candidate is a divorcee: they need proof of divorce (certificate copy of judgement).
• If the candidate is Physically Disabled: a certificate of disability is issued by the adequate authority as per the applicable rules.
• Certificate of Employment and NOC (for employees of Himachal Pradesh State Government/ Panchayat Samiti / Zila Parishad / PSUs / Corporations).
• Date of birth certificate: Birth certificate or certificate of secondary / higher secondary/senior secondary school, date of birth mentioned on the certificate by the recognized board of education.
• Class X passing certificate and mark sheet.
• Class XII passing certificate and mark sheet.
• Graduation Marks Sheet
• Passing Certificate of the Graduation
• Bachelor of Law (professional) degree and mark sheets
• Proof of termination by the previous employer. If any,
• Proof of conviction for any offence involving moral descent and permanently debarred or disqualified from appearing in any examination, if any.
• Proof of Professional Misconduct, if an Advocate is found guilty of Professional Misconduct under the Advocates Act, 1961.
• Proof of Criminal Prosecution pending against you, if any.
• Proof of conviction by Criminal Court, if any.
• The candidate requires 3 character certificates, i.e. one issued by the dean of your college or the principal academic officer in which you are last educated.
• The responsible person should issue 2 other character certificates; the person should be related to you.
• An affidavit should mention that you have not accepted dowry / you will not accept dowry in/at your marriage.
• ID Proof, i.e. Aadhar Card, Pan Card, Voter ID card, Passport, Driving License, etc.
• Two Passport Size coloured Photograph
• Scanned copy of Signature.
• Certificate of Bonafide Resident of Himachal Pradesh if seeking reservation in any category.
