This post will give you detailed information about the Haryana Judiciary Exam Eligibility 2024 regarding age, nationality, and qualification.
You can apply for the Haryana Judiciary Exam only if you satisfy the age limit prescribed by the exam conducting body. Otherwise, you are not eligible for the exam.
The candidate should not be less than 21 years and not more than 42 years of age, on or before 31.01.2024. As per the Haryana Judiciary Exam Eligibility 2024, the upper age limit is a relaxable case if you belong to the reserved category.
Women of Haryana receiving maintenance after separation from their husbands legally will also be provided age relaxation for up to 5 years.

Disabled persons who are covered under the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016:
5 years relaxation in age (+5 years if PwD applicant belongs to S/Caste. S/Tribe, B/Classes, EWS category) subject to maximum 52 years. for Croup A&B posts where recruitment is made through open competitive examination.
Note: Relaxation in age limit shall be applicable irrespective of the fact whether the post is reserved for PwD or not, provided the post is identified suitable for persons with disabilities.

Before proceeding with the Haryana Judiciary Application Form, you must check if you satisfy the qualification criteria.
Eligibility Conditions (Nationality):
For this Examination, a candidate must be either:-
(a) a citizen of India, or
(b) a subject of Nepal, or
(c) a subject of Bhutan, or
(d) a Tibetan refugee who came over to India before 1st January, 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India, or
(e) a person of Indian origin who has migrated from pakistan. Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India.
Provided that a candidate belonging to categories (b). (c). (d) and (e) shall be a person in whose favour a certificate ofeligibility has been issued by the Government of India.
A candidate in whose case a certificate of eligibility is necessary, may be admitted to the examination or interview conducted by the Selection Committee or other recruiting authority, but the offer of appointment may be given only after the necessary eligibility certificate has been issued to him by the Government oflndia.

The reservation is provided for the reserved category by the orders issued by the Haryana Government from time to time.
