AIBE examination is an annual exam that is conducted to offer a Certificate of Practice to Law Graduates. The examination is held by the Bar Council of India to check if the applicant has the relevant skill set to practice Law in the country. 

The AIBE exam is conducted in online mode with questions asked from the syllabus of the Law course. The minimum qualifying mark to qualify for this exam is 40% for the general category and 35% for the SC/ST category. 

AIBE is conducted twice a year with the idea of adding young law graduates to the advocate’s list. Clearing this examination is important as failing to qualify could lead to their disqualification from the BCI.
