DU LLM admission shall be conducted by Delhi University after the exam is over. The university will release the merit list with the names of the successful students. If you find a name in the same, you will have to apply for admission.

DU LLM Eligibility Criteria

First Merit List

DU will release the first merit cum counseling list on the official website. If you find your name, you will be required to register for the counseling round. In the registration form, you will have to mention the details such as LLB degree marks, AIR in the DU LLM exam, etc. The university will go through the same and then release the schedule for DV and admission fee payment.

Document Verification and Fee Payment

On the day of the counseling round, you will be required to carry a set of documents along with you. The preference for the document verification will be done on the basis of the ranks. Next, the panel will go through the documents submitted. If the same is genuine, you will have to complete the remaining admission formalities. 

Second Merit List

After the admission formalities for the first round is over. The university will release a second merit list. This merit list will have the names of those who have secured a college seat, citing students' unavailability. After this, the university will follow the same admissions steps.

DU LLM Counselling Round

After the DU LLM examination is conducted, the university releases the merit list with the names of the candidates who stand eligible for the counseling round. Next comes the registration round, if you find a name in the same. Then, you are called for the counseling round. In this round, you will be required to be present with the important documents relevant for this round. The panel goes through the documents presented and then allots seats on the basis of the AIR rank and marks secured in the DU LLM exam.
