This 06 week long cohort is all about learning of the practical skills that will make you ready for the outside World. The cohort will cover everything from the Basics of Contract law to Drafting the different types of Agreements and Learning the Art of Negotiation.

The entire Certificate cohort on Contract Drafting & Negotiation will be delivered by Experts who are Partners at J. Sagar Associates (JSA). Four JSA Partners will teach you practical skills, which will make you Industry ready throughout the cohort. Moreover, the sessions on Specific types of Contract Drafting will be conducted by Additional Two JSA Partners.

How will I get a chance to intern at J. Sagar & Associates?

To be shortlisted for an Internship opportunity with J. Sagar Associates (JSA), you need to attend more than 80% of the sessions' LIVE, and also perform well in all the Assignments held throughout the session. Based on your score in the Assignment and your attendance record, the top performing 5-7 students will get an opportunity to be shortlisted for an Internship with JSA.

Will I get a Certificate at the end of the Cohort?

Accepted Answer

Yes, at the end of the Cohort all the participants will be awarded Certificates. For this cohort there are two types of Certificates - Certificate of Completion & Certificate of Merit.

What is the difference between Certificate of Completion & Certificate of Merit?

Accepted Answer

Certificate of Completion will be awarded to all the participants of the Cohort, however the top 5-7 students of the cohort will be awarded a Certificate of Merit and a chance to Intern with J. Sagar Associates (JSA).
