 AIBE 2023 Result 

The BCI will declare the results of the AIBE XVIII soon after the exam. The AIBE Result only states the candidate's status since no rank card is released.

The result states the qualifying status of the candidate, i.e., Pass or Fail. 

  • The Bar Council of India (BCI) issues a Certificate of Practice (CoP) if you pass the exam. This certificate is mandatory to practice Law, and Precisely, this certificate is a license to practice Law in India. 
  • However, If you fail the examination, you can apply for rechecking of the AIBE Answer sheet for re-evaluation. 
  • The last date for rechecking and related relevant guidelines is issued by the Bar Council of India (BCI).
  • You can also appear in the next edition of the  AIBE Examination as there is no age bar.

Note on Recent Amendments

The Admit Card for the AIBE Exam 2023 includes two significant amendments:

  • For candidates with a disability of 40% or more: An additional 20 minutes per hour of exam time is allocated. Candidates must provide a certified copy of the disability certificate for the invigilator's reference.

  • In cases where a candidate cannot write due to disability: A scribe is permitted, ideally a student from class 10th or 12th, excluding those from Humanities with Political Science/Legal Studies. The scribe should carry relevant documents and have qualifications slightly lower than the candidate's, without a background in humanities subjects.

 AIBE 2023 Result 

The BCI will declare the results of the AIBE XVIII soon after the exam. The AIBE Result only states the candidate's status since no rank card is released.

The result states the qualifying status of the candidate, i.e., Pass or Fail. 

  • The Bar Council of India (BCI) issues a Certificate of Practice (CoP) if you pass the exam. This certificate is mandatory to practice Law, and Precisely, this certificate is a license to practice Law in India. 
  • However, If you fail the examination, you can apply for rechecking of the AIBE Answer sheet for re-evaluation. 
  • The last date for rechecking and related relevant guidelines is issued by the Bar Council of India (BCI).
  • You can also appear in the next edition of the  AIBE Examination as there is no age bar.
  • Also, note that there is no limit on the number of AIBE attempts, so you can re-appear in the exam if required.
